Basilica Cathedral
The Cathedral Basilica of Arequipa is an impressive architectural monument located in the Plaza de Armas of Arequipa, Peru. Built in ashlar, a white volcanic stone typical of the region, it features a neoclassical style with neo-Renaissance and Gothic influences. The facade, with three portals, two side arches and 70 columns with Corinthian capitals, is an example of colonial mastery.
